Tali – Sandhills Dreaming

This work represents Lily’s home country. Painted using white dotting onto a black background. Shown are the many sandhills which surround the area around Mt. Leibig. She has used a dotting and line technique to show the many sandhills and the shimmering movement of the sands. Lily now teaches the younger women traditional dancing associated with women’s dreaming.
